Our services include:

Our customers are important to us and you can expect:
  • All Letters answered within seven days
  • Emails acknowledged within three days
  • We aim to answer telephone calls within five rings during office hours. If lines are busy or staff are unavailable you may reach voicemail.
  • Give our company name when answering the telephone
  • Tell you how your enquiry will be handled and how long it will take
  • Prompt, courteous and friendly service
  • Be on time for meetings and appointments and seek to hold them at a time to suit customers
