Delivery & Return

Standard delivery UK Mainland  £5:00 per basket.  Delivery rates only apply to UK Mainland (not Highlands or Ireland), additional postage payment may need to be collected prior to despatch.

Standard delivery time is 1-2 days for stock items and up to 10 working days for bespoke items.

Some items such as the Furniture are too large or heavy for standard delivery. This may incur longer delivery times and/or higher delivery costs. If this is the case we will contact you regarding your booking

International Orders:- Delivery costs by quotation.

Amending or Cancelling

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please call our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of placing your order.

Returns

We observe the standard distance selling requirements such that notification of a return must be made to us within 14 days of delivery of an item and then returned to Find in as-new condition including packaging within a further 14 days. If the item has been correctly supplied and is without fault, the return costs and responsibility will fall to the purchaser.

In the event that the product has been supplied incorrectly, is faulty, or has been registered as damaged on receipt, Find will refund the delivery costs once the item has been returned.

Any returned item/s MUST be ‘as new’ and in their original packaging.
Any item/s damaged on return will not be accepted for refund.
We strongly recommend using an insured, tracked carrier.

N.B. In certain cases where standard delivery services are not appropriate, Find will arrange third party collection by negotiation.

Refunds

If the order has already been dispatched you can return any unwanted items for a refund

When the item is received in good order, we will issue a refund for the product to your original payment source. We will only refund carriage costs when the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault.  Please note a 25% restocking fee may be applicable
